Bompas and Parr / Selfridges
Bompas and Parr (the event architects) were commissioned to set up a two week event on the roof of Selfridges and called in Graphica to help produce a 40LM printed and fitted textile graphic wall to accompany their set build that included a 20 metre rowing lake ! After fitting over 1 metric tonne of wooden framing to help extend an exterior wall, we installed a metal framing system to take a printed and finished textile graphic walling system in two runs with single pieces of material at 3 metres high. Also as an additional extra we produced interior wall graphics and even the textile for the outside covers, cushions and umbrellas. The project gained tremendous media coverage and awards for the merits of the design, well done to all involved.
